Need help with Animated skills Options

I'm using Tankentai SBS 3.4e battle system and really need help making animated skills.I'm trying to make it where the different moves, the player runs up *ExAMPLE* I have a move called claw swipe and I want the player to run up and then attack. Now, I guess the main question is...How do I make animated skill?
