Thanks to Kread-EX for the work on this.

When do I get my own Gallery?
The option to create a Gallery will be available once you became a Revolutionary (100 posts).

Benefits to being Revolutionary? How do I become Revolutionary? How many galleries do I get? How much can I upload to my gallery (max).
Becoming Revolutionary is automatic - you just need 100 posts. It allows various perks such as using a custom user title, opening/locking your own topics and be able to create a Gallery.

How do I change my user title?
Go to My Controls > Edit Profile Information > Custom member title. Only available for Revolutionaries.

Uploading to forum/posts/topics
Attachments can be added to posts. You need to post using the Full Editor, not quick reply. The attachment options are just below the text processor.

Creating/Posting/Uploading Screenshots
First you need to create your screenshot. Either use some specific program, such as Gyazo or hit Print Screen and paste in Paint. Then go to an image sharing site (TinyPic, Imageshack, Photobucket...), upload your screen there, and use the image BBCode:
CODE

Posting/Uploading Games
It is possible to upload games on the main site providing you fulfill the requirement. However the maximum upload size is 10 MB, so it is recommended to use a file sharing site, such as Mediafire.

Characters you shouldn't use when uploading files.
UNIX-only filename characters (?/\*:|<>) and Unicode symbols (the ones that don't appear on the keyboard and require ALT combinations). In a lesser extend, you should avoid spaces and non-Latin alphabets.

How can I tell which forum is moderated by which staff?
At the bottom of the forum, you can see the Moderating Team option. Click on it to display the list of Administrators, Global Moderators and Local Moderators. For the latter, their allocated forums are also displayed.

How/Can I change my login name?
Send a private message to a Director (kaz or X-M-O). You have to be at least Revolutionary and this only accepted once.

Max image size I can post on a forum without being required to place it in a spoiler tag?
800x600

What is the warn bar, and how does it work?
The warn bar raises by 10% each time a moderator warn you. Which means you have broken a rule. However, it's always displayed even at 0%. Every member can see their own warn bar, but not the bar of others.

If I am suspended/banned/under mod preview, what does it mean?
If you displayed a particularly obnoxious behavior, or have broken many rules, you can be put of mod preview. It means that every post you make will have to be reviewed by a moderator and approved manually. If your posts prove to raise in quality, the mod preview will be canceled.
A suspension simply prevents you to post altogether and lasts a certain number of days. You can still browse the forum and read topics, just not reply.

Repeated suspensions can lead to a ban, which is absolute and definitive. You can't access the forum at all once banned.

Which forums do not have post count activated?
Introductions & Farewells and The Playground.

What skins are available, how do I change the forum skin?
Aside from the usual RRR skin, only the default IPB skin is available.

What is Lo-Fi version and how do I get back to normal version?
Lo-Fi version is a display mode for low speed connections such as dial-up or mobile. It loads quickly and don't use up much bandwith because it doesn't process avatars, images and signatures. You can easily toggle back and forth between normal display and Lo-Fi display. Search engines sometimes index pages in Lo-Fi.

Can I advertise in my signature?
Yes, and this is actually the only place you can.

How often can I advertise in a post that is relative to what I'm advertising?
It depends. It's up to the moderators' discretion, but you should be okay as long as the post itself has content and doesn't exist for the sole purpose of sticking the ad.

Can I advertise in other members' profiles?
No.

Can I advertise to other members via PM?
No. Members particularly dislike those and will report them, which can earn you a suspension.

How do I report a problem PM?
Make a screenshot of your PM and upload it. Then send a PM to a Global Moderator or higher with the capture and explain the situation.

I've been verbal warned; what does that mean?
It means you have broken a rule. For minor infractions, moderators often just give you verbal warns, which don't increase your forum warn. Repeated verbal warnings will lead to real warns though.

I've posted a topic but it never appeared on the forum, should I just post it again until it does?
No. It means the forum is on Moderator Preview and your topic will only appear if it's approved. Give it 48 hours then PM the moderator in charge of the forum you've posted it in if it's still invisible after.

What are Rev Points? How do I earn them?
"Rev Points" is short for "Revolution Points" and are basically credits for things on RRR.
We are currently working on a system to use these points as a credit currency to trade resources with other members and/or to purchase things from an upcoming "Rev Point Items Shop".

For now, think of them as prestige points, until later on when they are used for other things.
You can earn Rev Points by:
- being involved in any RRR-hosted event (competitions, contests, etc.),
- contributing exclusive resources to RRR,
- submitting your useful/complete tutorials in any of the forum tutorial sections,
- submitting your useful/complete scripts (ex: RGSS, RGSS2, etc.) in any of the script forums,
- and sometimes there are special ways to earn Rev Points that aren't announced.
So primarily, your contributions to the site and activity in events on the site will almost automatically earn you Rev Points.
(Note that we do not give out Rev Points for holidays, birthdays, or other similar celebrations; also note that Rev Points have no cash value and no value outside of RRR; they cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to a new account if you lose the account you earned them on.)
