I found no info on it, but I found out that all topics in that forum were moved to Resource Submission...

Yes, and within Resource Submissions there is a pinned topic that has replaced the old Halls of Critique forum. (You can find it here.)


Also note that this was announced on Sunday in the Announcements topic for Forum Updates. =]
