These are pretty nice. ^^
Are you planning on putting them into a game? Or is it just for practice?

Oh, those are just practice (I hate colouring clothes 8D!) But I have made some faces for my "practice" game. I don't know if I will ever
post it, I just wanted to get better at using rmxp before making the game I have been thinking about forever >>;
Here are some faces though! 8D (I am making a variety of emotes too biggrin.gif) :
Hero - Eries

Heroine - Cearith

Heroine-disguise - Cearith

Cleric - Erothe

High Knight - Veras

And here is a random bonus that I forgot about....This took me a VERY LONG TIME! xD Never drawn a building before (not even on paper! biggrin.gif)
I drew it for a friend, he asks all his friends to draw him a picture of a Robot roasting a hot dog over a garbage can fire, so I drew this biggrin.gif:
Robot City

**Can someone tell me if the top two have a very different style than the rest? My Photobucket is messing up, and even though I uploaded my new versions of these faces it keeps showing my old ones that I deleted! >: (the other ones are quite old)

They all seem to be the same style, so I think you might need to refresh or something. ^^

I like your robot city, despite the buildings being a bit off from the size they should be (scaling). Nice work though, especially with the colours. =D

Okay good...no matter how much I refresh they stay the same xD. Oh well, all that matters is what other people see!

You should have seen what that robot city started off like haha...pretty funny...I had to edit it A LOT to get it like it is now, I just said "forget it!" to the size of the buildings xD (took me at least 4 full days to fix it >:)

Your character art is good though, nice details and colours (especially colours, lol). =D

Do you do much landscape art?

I like the hair
but your characters could definitely use some anatomy and proportion work esp in the faces because your placement of size of features makes them look off.
also while the coloring in the details is good things like the clothes suffer from pillow and dull shading. Be more bold with your highlights and shadows and be more consistent with your lighting. Right now it looks like you just used the dodge or smudge tool

Anyways experiment more!
Use different colors and play around with style. You have a nice base in terms of proportion i just seriously suggest that you shoot for more realistic proportions because that will make all of your poses look better

Haha, I do use the smudge tool!! xD; I don't have Photoshop, so I don't use dodge tool hehe.
I am glad you like the hair! Because, that is what I was actually focusing on the most...hahaha, I guess I should
turn my attention elsewhere!
About the proportions though, making them more realistic would make it look less Anime wouldn't it, I mean I haven't seen
very many Anime with realistic proportions ohmy.gif
ie. smaller heads, bigger waists, smaller eyes whatever...If that's not what you meant what do you mean? xD

I know I definitely need to work on my lighting/shading though, since all I have been doing for a loooooong time
are pencil drawings! 8D
For the last picture though the lighting is supposed to be a little wonky cause of her magic? hahah
Um, so how are you supposed to colour anyways if not using the smudge tool? I tried without it and I thought it looked weird >:

Thanks!! I will try to colour again too, for practice! Here is a WIP of a different style! Still working on the hair, hair is a lot harder in this style o.o
I don't think I will continue doing it! hahaha:

Different Style!

Your work is soooo good! happy.gif But I gotta say that it shows that you stop/quit on most of your work, you have such great ideas and large parts of your pic have great detail but then there is a small part of the pic that just doesnt have the same detail and just stands out in a bad way...

Parts of the girls have no detail which is weird, the towns have parts that just seem unfinished. You have alot of skill, I would love to see these pic done.
