Becouse when i try to start a game it tells me: RGSS RTP Starndart not found..
What the problem anybody know?

You'll need the RTP to play most XP games, but you don't require the engine to play the games.
However, if you download the trial version of XP, if I recall correctly it comes with the RTP. =]

At any rate, you will need the RTP to play the game, but not the XP engine.
