Why can't I find an area in my database that actually manipulates the different percentages of the elemental attributes or add new elements?

I remember they used to have it in RM2K3 and if RMVX is supposed to be an improvement, why would they take that away? Am I the only person with this problem? Why?

Last I remember, you can add elements here

Other then that, I don't think you can change the default attribute, but I'mma check

Each actor has a different elemental efficiency list; it's found in the actors tab in the database, to the left of the states efficiency thing. You should see a bunch of grey C's. There are similar lists for skills, items, etc.

Do you mean like if the element efficiency is 'A' instead of 200% bonus it has for example 9000% instead? I'd like to know how to do this too if possible.

I think what you want to change is this:

Look up the script-
for enemies it's Game_Enemy, line 127. Change the values in brackets, for example "result = [0,300,200,100,0,-100,-200]"

Same for Game_Actor, here it's line 153
