I'm asking you guys if you could give me advice on making weapons? i'm not sure about the genre of ur game, but u can also try to just make things up/ do something a bit outside the box.
Like for swords, you could use an asian fan, sharp paper, scissors, chainsaw, etc.
Clubs could be a leg bone, rolled-up newspaper, books, lunch box, etc.
Whips could be shoe laces, belts, Christmas garlands, towels, etc.
Staves could be microphones, street signs, violin bows, planks of wood, etc.
U could also maybe try dividing up the weapons in another way, that might help; i.e., by era, user, size, country of origin, how dangerous it is.
