RPG Maker VX: ACE - "Out of Memory" Error, A error only received in RMVX:ACE Options

Hello everyone at RPG_R!

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read my troublesome post; I'm desperate for any help! I have been receiving an error just out of the blu with my RPG Maker VX: ACE (which I paid for, so that's not causing an issue). This is completely stopping me from using my RPG Maker at all, which is a HUGE issue for me. Here's what's going on:

It's been working GREAT for the last year or so (however long RMVX:ACE has been out) until I turned on my computer this morning and used it...
I have this project I've been tinkering around with and have gotten pretty interrested in continuing it so I've started putting more time into it.
I've been placing things in the story and then getting in and testing it then re-working on it and repeating, as usual... Today was no different, I had just turned on my computer (which is a brand new PC, I'll place the specs below) and I was doing the same thing as usual. I've had the PC for over a week or so and RMVX:ACE has been on it ever since it was built, up and going, no issues with it. Now, however, out of no where I am getting the "Outofmemory" error for who knows why. I started a brand new project to test it, still got it; I uninstalled everything, wiped everything related to it off my machine (moved my project to a completely different area on my hard-drive) and reinstalled the entire engine and RTP. I then created a Project1 to test everything with before putting my project in there, thinking it was my project that had gotten screwed up or something somehow (hey, it happens, I know that ) -- still got the error.

I can do other things on my PC and receive no error... Why is it I only get it in RPG Maker VX: ACE? Here is the link to the error: Out_of_Memory_Error

P.S: Interrestingly, just tested my 'Project1' test project and hit 'Play' on it... Game ran just fine. It seems to only appear when I try to preview my messages outside of the game itself. Odd... Any advice anyone? (Oh! And it's JUST the RPG Maker VX: ACE RTP I'm using, nothing custom yet.)

It sounds like your virtual and physical memory are too low. Have you tried backing things up onto an external hard drive/ flash drive? I know I have to have at least 15GB to even load Google chrome and my laptop is a lower spec than yours. This is all I can think of at the moment, I'll look into it a bit more. Hope this helps

Thank you for replying at least, GayBrownies93; I didnt think it would be my memory, my last PC had less memory than this one and I never had issues with it running. :/

Not sure on this one...

EDIT 1:
Oh! And an idea just struck me.... I re-installed RPG Maker VX and ran that to see if it was ALL my RPG Makers doing it, I could do everything just fine in RMVX - no error. I could not get it to reproduce the same error as RMVX:ACE. Weirded out... >.<

Hmm that's rather odd. Well hopefully it's sorted, checked the specs on the site and it looks like it should have worked but it does also seem to be a major issue. May have just been a slight fault with downloading or even running the set-up. It happens to me alot and a re-install is normally the best thing I've found. Sorry I wasn't too much help but glad it's working for you know

You know, I tried this actually... I removed the engine and the original RPG Maker's I had installed and re-downloaded all of the original Engines (XP, VX, VX:ACE) and reinstalled all of them one at a time (starting with VX then VX:ACE) - No error. I'm thinking somehow over time something I DL'ed must have corrupted the files or something... I even re-placed my game into the VX:ACE Engine and it works great! You were a lot of help, GB93, Thank you very much for the idea!

Well glad I was some help and gave you ideas. Hate it when things get corrupted when I'm deleting things, really annoying. Well at least its working now and is working great

Hold the phone. You really really don't need 15GB of memory to load Chrome. REALLY.
