[VX][HELP]Creating a "Street Light" Effect Options

I've been messing with the tints and various other aspects of the lighting options. But I can't seem to figure out how to get a Street Light effect. What I'm wanting is when its night, that the street lights will kick on, causing the area to be illuminated. I've tried different things but I cant seem to get it to work.

Could someone help me?

Sadly, you can't do that by messing around with tints and stuff.
It COULD be done with event graphics, but it just wouldn't look right. :/
By that, I mean you could get a really nice-looking effect, but it wouldn't provide any "real" lighting.

What you need is a light script.

Hmm...Can't seem to find it. I searched the forum. I'll try again. The only one I found was the Windows Light


EDIT: I found the Thomas Edison and Kylock's Light Effects. I'm going to play with em both and see which one I like better. Thanks
