I downloaded and imported (or is it exported?) tilesets I found online (Don't worry! I have the tilesets in folders so I know who made them and I can give them credit whenever I get eventually done with making this game!). Problem is after setting it up in the Database file, the tilesets are too wide and I can't stretch the window to get over to the tiles I need. Anyone ever had this problem before and know how to fix it? If so, please tell me ASAP x.x

A couple of questions, did you make sure that the tilesets are for the maker you are using? If they are, a good way to get them to work correctly is to export the actual tileset you are planning to replace, or a sample tileset and transfer things from the new tileset to the old one, so that you can make sure they line up correctly.

does that make sense? If it is still confusing, let me know what maker you are using and I'll see if I can make you an example of what to do.

I use VX Ace and I make sure the tilesets are for this version before I download it. And yeah, the explanation is still kinda confusing. You mean export it and rearranging it?
