Looks like you've been practising a bit there. ^^
It's difficult to see the images properly because they are all sideways and dark (like the camera light wasn't bright enough or something), but from what I can see you seem to be good. Just need to work on a few things like anatomy and placement. =]

I have 2 new things here my first attempt at color pencil since like the third grade and a sketch I did of a Holder Dark knight with an embarrassed look.
Dark Knight

I know I need more on proportions but I think proportions are my only real problem on this one what do you guys think.

Colored Pencil land scape

Finally got a new camera but as you can tell it still sucks so sorry for the bad picture quality but its better than my last one.

Ahh, it reminds me of myself waaaay ago..
I don't have anything to critics, but the sketch is just rough, but a good start ^^
My suggestion is that you need to draw more nude people. Male or female. And then start giving the clothes. Know the muscles, the motion, the flex, but it'll be better if you keep training~

Oh, and also please give a darker color/shadow for the area that's supposed to be darker ^^

Thanks for the tips I know I am still not quite that good yet but I can hopefully get there soon I don't really have any techniques for proportions or lighting and shading tha i have devolped yet I just really start drawing lines until the come together. Do you know of any good free online things that I can use to get better in those fields?
I have been studying others finished work but I don't know the stages of how to do draw. I have just composed all my know I have currently from others that I have study, but none the lesss I will keep trying and praciting so that actually get a job in the field of art.

I think you're learning, and that's a great sign. ^^
One thing I'd like to mention: when colouring, always do the pencil strokes in the same direction (for example, up and down, or left to right) instead of colouring one way for a few seconds and then switching directions.
It will help it look better when completed, and it is also a form of discipline that you'll need to learn if you ever take art classes. =]

Mhmm, nothing is instance!
Best way to learn is by experience..(that's legend) and YOUTUBE! (that's fact)
Just youtube it and see the shading tutorial!
Believe me, other than plainly drawing with no direction, seeing others doing the art will help you develop ten times quicker! ^^

Deviantart has some awesome drawing and coloring tutorials!

Anyway, to the art! I think you're doing just fine there, you're definitely on the right track biggrin.gif You have a lot here, so the dedication is fantastic to see, just keep that up! And I really do recommend deviantart for tutorials and step by steps, for any artist on any level, it's pretty much guaranteed to have easy to follow tuts for anything you're looking for.

I have been trying to practice my color blending and lighting and shadows so i made a adaption of Sora from KH3D this is a little different looking from the original because either I screwed up and tried to cover it up or i just thought it was how sora should have looked.

I have been given an assignment to make a character poster with a background logo for my graphic design class. here is my rough sketch on paper.
His name is Blitz Chrono an original character which is actually going to a playable character in the sequel of my game ZeXaL Where Fantasies Collide. He will be the funny one of the group with the chirpy personality since Zeo,the main character of the original game, is not playable in the second I needed some one of the happy go lucky personality mainly because the main character of the sequel will be a person trying to find his place in the world and will have the emo darkish personalty.
Well now thats out of the way please tell me what you guys think of the rough sketch I am still learning so all tips will be appreciated.

Oh yah the logo in the back is a beta logo for the group that he will be part of when you meet him.

You captured the movement beautifully there, your lines are very smooth and flowy, which is something that can be relatively difficult to achieve! Lovely job you did there laugh.gif

It most certainly has, I can see a big difference! Between that first Sora pic and this latest one? Yes yes yes.

But practice ALWAYS pays off, it's the only way to improve, and improvement is endless, so keep on practicing and your skill will soar!
