Solo Skill, Enemy can use this skill ONLY if it is alone Options

I have a boss, that will not attack until it is the only monster left

It is surrounded by four Elemental spirits that randomly change
Elements every 2 turns.

What I want is the ability to make an array of skills available to the boss, only when the four
spirits are dead.

I was thinking about making two versions of the boss, and make 4 conditional branches in the TROOPS event section
that says


If [spirit 1] hp is 0 to 0
If [spirit 2] hp is 0 to 0
If [spirit 3] hp is 0 to 0
If [spirit 4] hp is 0 to 0
transform enemy [Elemental guardian] to Elemental Guardian

where the 'second form' is the one with the other attacks.
Is this setup my best bet for this?

Maybe. I tried something else and it seemed to have worked:

[Show/Hide] try this

I used slimes for the 4 guys and a skeleton that turns into a slime
it ended up being only 2 pages
enemy 5 [skeleton] 99% or below, span-battle
conditional branch slime is (state in which they're dead)) inflicted:
control variables variable X +1
else
enemy recover all: skeleton

You repeat above another 3 times on the same page
the second one is the same span/condiiton, but says

condition branch variable X = 4
enemy transform [skeleton] to [whatever]
else
enemy recover all [skeleton]

Actually, do you mind if I send this to the Event Submissions topic?

Yeah Jack, you can do that,
I actually made a skill called shuffle and put it in the first 'form's' skill page as turn 2+3x that way it didn't interfere with the check function to see if it needs to transform.
linked that to a common event, that way i can set the 'check for death' to turn 1+ 1x as shuffle was originally turn2+3x
but either way works. Thanks for the clarification

EDIT: the common event worked better
as i had a random variable set from 0...7 (for eight elements XD) and 4 conditional branches to determine the new element of the minions.
