ACS v2.21, ran into another problem Options

Ok so where to start... everything works fine if my party is not "smart" enough to craft, i get all the right windows saying so ect. And everything seems to work fine if i bump my Actors starting stats so that the party is smart enough to craft, Its when i level up and cross over between being my party being not smart enough to smart enough that when i click the menu button or sometimes the crafting section the whole game crashes. plz help ACS v2.21 is the only script i have in my game right now, that and 2lines to change the default font, so i dont think theres anything else interfering with it causing the problem.

I may have fixed the problem. double checking now.
