[VX] Fable style house system, buy/sell/upgrade/rent out Houses

The pro-est eventer u know ;D Group: Revolutionary Posts: 297 Type: Event Designer RM Skill: Masterful	Fable Housing System Author lilcooldude69 Release Date 10/03/10 Engine used RPG Maker VX Version 1.2 Difficulty Normal (just time consuming) Switches Alot,to many to name Variables 0 Common Events 8, all for each house Video Watch ------------- Information Creates a housing system in which you can buy/sell/upgrade/rent out and receive a user set payment of your choice useful for misc. game additions. ------------- ChangeLog Added more houses for use - there is now a total of 8 houses you can rent out/sell/buy/upgrade Fixed the step loops and changed it to timer instead 20 minutes till you receive rentout pay timer displays on screen when you rent out a house Renting multiple houses out will stack your bonus Version 1.2(beta) Conclusion I been working on this for a lil bit on and off tell me what you guys think i put a version number because i want input from what could possibly be added that means you have to post feedback >_> for all u people that like to just view and use if you use this give me credit in your credits page. Installment note: i suggest adding this at the beginning of ur project phase because it uses a lot of switches, if you want to install it into an already made project make sure when u name the switches that u go through all the events that i made and fix them to the corresponding switches, that includes the common events as well Coming Soon nothing at the moment post here if there are any bugs at all... __________________________ My Userbars Rated pg-13 part of signiture Scientist A: "A single sperm has 37.5MB of DNA information in it. A physical aspect could be awesome as well, especially if the more you upgraded it the more "Richier" people would live there, letting the player gain more and more money. __________________________
