Any good spriters wanna make some money? Options

My latest project is in VX ace, and my spriteing skills are not up to par just yet. So in short, i need someone to make some sprites for me.
I'm willing to pay you for your work, think your up to it?

When someone replys, i'll post up some details on what it is that i want, pretty simple stuff, just I don't know how to make sprites just yet.

This is my request:
Part 1:
This is Zan, a main character for my game.


I want Zan turned into a sprite for VX ACE.

Part 2:

these are some of my other main characters, Jin, Leia, Kiku, and Ren.





What i want for them (Along with Zan) is a battle stance with a 2 or 3 frame standing motion for a sideziew battle system.
For example: something very much like this.

Eh I could do the normal poses for your main char but sadly I cannot do the cool sideview types, I can only think of a few spriters that can do that and they are busy working on there games.

You best bet could be to try and edit them? Or actually I could edit them into a new character, but I can;t do from scratch.
