The title is a bit vague, and you may think it's been adressed before, but here's the question. I've been toying with this script for a while now, and I can't seem to work around this script inside the paremeters of the predesigned code. I am not proficient with RGSS, so I come to you.
In my project the basic premise is that your PC has touched the spirit realm (esentially died) and can now carry his own spirit around in an orb. To use it he only needs to a: press a button to activate it or b: equip it in the menu screen (haven't decided) in doing so he transverses into the spirit realm or the mortal realm where different doors and puzzles open up to him to ultimately reach his goal. I want to have a way to use his spirit or mortal body seperately in battle.
A script that can make it to where the ELEMENT would be something along the lines of "Necromorph" or something- ultimately switching the character to his spirit character. The spirit of course having different powers and abilities, weaknesses, etc. and vice versa. The two characters are essentially the same, but I'm toying with the idea that the spirit and body now level up differently. A good heated discussion here is also welcome, as I try to figure out my puzzle.
