I need to know how to make the camera follow my event in a cutscene

I think you might have to use the "scroll map" command in the second page of events and sync it with your event you want to follow. Or, if your main character is not in the cutscene, you can use "change actor graphic" in the 3rd screen and turn the main character into the event's sprite and use it for the cutscene and then change it back when it's over.
