how do i make an ability change equipment, i just cant figure it out Options

I just woke up, so I am not in the mood of eventing it and showing your a picture, but you could make a skill, and set it to SWITCH. After that, you simply make a common event that is auto-start and will be activated if sWITCH "X" is on. In that, make the common event change your equipment or something then have the common event turn off the switch.

The hard part is the ability to change back to your previous equipment

i dont need the ability to change back to the old equipment. that can still be done through the equipment subscreen. all i need is to use an ability that is unlocked in a certain class to switch one piece of equipment for another.
