Anime RPG, ...almost a spam topic, but not quite... Options

I guess its lost forever but here I go and I will try and start this up again. its a home brewed Ruroni Kenshin/Naruto/Lodoss War/Macross Plus style of rpg/

Character Creation-35 pts.

Strength-8 Max-20starting (Same rules as DnD stats)
Agility-8
Stamina-8
Intelligience-8
Chakra-8 (This is your spirit energy pick a color and only you have this specilized brand of chakra. Players can not have the same colors so first come first serve. No black gold or white though)
Appearance-8

(Its 1 for 1 and 10 is average and 20 is godly in any ability.)

Same rules as other free form style rpgs on here but I will or might kill you off in this game and well you can not kill another player unless I allow it and no god moding.

Jutsu's: (1 Basic Level Jutsu only) I will put other special jutsus on later when I get more time hehe
Basic Level:
Melee Jutsu-+10 to any Melee based attack
Ranged Jutsu-+10 to any Ranged based attack
Martial Arts Jutsu-+10 to any Unarmed attack (Pick a Martial arts liek Karate, Kempo, Judo, Kung Fu, etc.)
Energy Jutsu-An energy based tiny ball the size of your palm that inflicts your chakrax2 in damage. It may be Water, Air, Fire, Sand, Lightning, or just plain Chakra engery.
Speed Jutsu-+2 Agility for every level mastered, startin is 1
Strength Jutsu-+2 Strength for every Level mastered
Chakra Jutsu-+2 Chakra for every level Mastered.
Inteligience Jutsu-+2 Intel for every level Mastered
Appearance Jutsu-+2 App per level
Stamina Jutsu-+2 App per level

There are 5 levels of jutsus and each one involves diffrent levels of mastering. If you reach level 5 and have mastered one fully you get jutsus within that jutsu. If you have level 3 or hire you can train the basic level of 1 of t hat jutsu. For example even a level 5 user of a jutsu could only train someone to reach level 3. You start at level 1 when you get a new jutsu and you get higher with training and experience in the jutsu.

2-Apprentice
3-Adept
4-Teacher
5-Master

Life Points- (Your Stamina x5) These are your hit points. If you reach zero your dead.
Chakra Energy-(Your Chakra x5) Determines how powerfull your jutsus are and how much of one jutsu you can use. This also allows you with the propor inteligience score (14+) to cast spells or transformations or summonings or necromancy with the right scrolls.

Ok its going to be kinda a modern style game with some old school japanese thrown in as well. Basically the Setting is going to be 2006 in some city on some Eastern continent. I have not thought of the name of it.

Ok now everyone please read this its very IMPORTANT!

**Your character must be in Highschool to be in this chronicle. I dont care what year and its not a uniform required school but you can wear uniforms if you like.**

The world as you know it has been war torned by the many Jounin Battles. Jounin are very powerfull Ninja's who have ascended in the ranks and have chosen to protect the citys and countrys from neighboring Jounin and Mech pilots from the west. World War 5 has just ended and the land is rebuilding and people are looking for brave heroes or misguided anit heroes or even the foulest of Villians. The land is known as "Valronia". Its a city on the main Island in a series of 13 islands and is the main city for all those other cities. It can be reached by boat or Hover Skiff (Hovorized Four wheeler of sorts). The other Islans have smaller city's or villages on them andf there is even a Military Base on one of the Islands that protects the area. But all is not well and the Military does not understand the warriors who rise out of the shadows as Jounin and the magic they wield. Wich path will you choose. You stand ready to face this world and have been training all your life for the chance to prove yourself in the "Leaf Ninja Academy". They are accepting new recruits as of this moment and you are debating wether or not you will mail in an application request. Decide what your way of the Ninja really is?

Well since I forgot to put in Attack and Defense and stuff I am gonna put it right in here ok.

Attack- (Your Strength score plus any jutsu abilities or what not x2. If it beats there defense you hit them. Damage for any attack goes off your Base strength plus half of it so if you have a strength of 8 then then you would do 12 damage. You also describe how you hit them and if you hit a vital area or something or its a specilized attack then that fits into play too.)

Defense-(Your agility and Inteliegence scores addeded together plus any jutsu or special abilities. You have the option of fighting fully defensive wich doubles your defense but you can not attack at all and your only options are Dodge/Block or Run.

Note- There are special attacks that do chakra based damage or steal a persons chakra or specialized creatures that do that too. If your chakra reaches 0 then you are severly exhausted and need rest badly. You take a -5 to all your stats and your remaining life Points are halved.

Very naive, very mischievous, and very outgoing/happy. Extremely aloof to alot of stuff, and knows nothing of humans and their mannerisms. She is very happy, and very upbeat, but clumsy and her mischievous nature usually gets her into alot of trouble. She sometiems says rude/mean things, but says them in all innosence and doesn't realize she's saying something wrong.
Homunculus woke up in a science lab one day and stretched. Wait a minute... What the heck? She didn't remember existing before What's up with this? Random life? She looked around, and saw a picture on a desk. It was of a dashing young man. Homunculus smiled and cheered for joy, it must be her creator!! What a handsome man!! She ran out of the lab (Which was in the basement) and found him upstairs, eating himself some lunch. She loudly announced that they were destined to be lovers, and that she was going to marry him ASAP!! Terrified of this random creature, he ran out of the building cursing himself and wondered why he created a Homunculus!!
Now, Homunculus is broken hearted She sets out on a journey to find her creatore, to find this hunk who created her, and to marry him for a happy-ever-after ending!!

I'm sorry, I'm going to need help with this gap I skipped here.

I would but he'd shoot that idea too... Spoiled sport. So this is why I don't play D&D anymore, the DM's. I have to go all the way to Mount Prospect from Cary (a 45 min. TRAIN RIDE because it takes 1/4 a tank of gas by car.) And Bleep over the DM for about two hours and then when you finally do get to play it's closing time. So no not going to do the dance of the evil DM anymore. Don't get me wrong, shanes a great kid, but if he's not willing to let me do anything, then that mean's he's not a flexable DM, I'd even agree that restriction be in place in terms of ABILITIES and ATTRIBUTES, but he only want's restirction's done: Like, you can't enter town's because you're an abominasion, type of crud, I just won't do that. So DM's and me just don't see eye to eye. If it say's anything goes in a DM guide, then guess what, ANYTHING GOES! But shane won't see it that way, and I'm not going to do the DM shuffle.
