but in the game, i can't go to the Great Cave
can someone help me please?

I can't go either. It's when you defeat Lancia and the runemaster revives the runes. South of the village you have to go west and into the Great Cave but Wolffe keeps on saying the same thing "Looks like we can't go this way yet".
I also don't have Lancia in my team although ingame a message explicitly said he joined my team, maybe that's why we can't progress.

It does state in the walkthru what to do.
As the story progresses, so do new events open. If youv'e seen the runemaster in Savonnia, pay the new resteraunt a visit.
Wolffe wins a competition (providing youv'e explored). Head back the way you left, or use a skull cube to transport you back.
Then head towards the cave.
The game indicates that Lancia has been befriended after the battle, but has not joined the party at this stage.

Nah the walkthrough doesn't say you have to go to the restaurant after that, thank you for saying it in the thread.

fwiw and I'm either the biggest idiot or it's a bug I can't change party members and even though I'm going to Hiroshi I haven't played with Lancia yet. Even the screenshot you took playing with Lancia when trying to defeat Canota I didn't experience ingame. Now I'm with only three players Rheinar, Kuko and Sharlot and when I win a battle and the exps are distributed solar's face appears even thought she isn't in my party.

I may be an idiot or the party changing is buggy,

Edit: I finished the game and I played in the end with the pike dude and the black mage but Lancia was nowhere to be found in the split parties.

Good animations dude. I hope you'll create another one soon.

Interesting that, as he is definately in the party mid game....that would make it a game option.
Lancia was selected in the game to fight the sub boss, and taken out when facing the two final bosses
so allowing the others to be included.

Ah well, there goes my weekend! Yes Darkhalo I know you say it's 5 hours, but I've been known to just sit and stare at the screen for a while without progressing when it comes to your games.

Especially as it seems there are some cute forest sprites to look out for!

oh no i downloaded the 3 files extracted them and did all the steps correctly and when i start the game exe the game just closes some one pleas help

Great game and fantastic graphics and I have been following the walkthrough but there may be a bug.
I am in Hiroshi with Rheinar, Solar, Sharlot & Moonlight, spoken to the clergy and bishop then go to barn but no cut scene although there is a person there who does not speak. No cut scene in Inn either and if I spleep I wake up in the Inn in Savonnia. What has gone wrong!!!!
Any help would be appreciated, please I do so want to contine with this game.

Okay, lets take it from Hiroshi. Yes, the Inn does have a bug, so providing you haven't saved here, you can always
make your way back. (thanks for that info btw).
Providing you went to the Dark World, and landed back at the bishops house (Florran House) you should have been
transported to the barn for a cut scene, and then on to the Inn where you go straight up the stairs.
Try the bishops house where Bonehart is standing outside.

But then I followed your walkthrough - spoke to clergy then went to barn when no cut scene played - I have not been to Dark World as I cannot speak to the person in the barn and no scenes in the Inn. What happens now - is this a bug?

I have spoken to the bishop and the chap outside his house but still nothing.

There's a good 3 minutes of chain sequence's here , before stepping into the Dark World. Will look into it, and get back.
This could be a key issue, so will re replay.
Some have played this thru.


EDIT:Okay, have just replayed this through, and no problems. Worth checking out all the church clergies before you
meet up with bishop of Lexenbourg. Then go to the barn to meet Shylo, and then onto the Inn. When the Innkeeper says
the rooms been paid for, go straight up the stairs.
