Just wondering how many here have caught wind of this show. It's quite popular even outside of its target demographic. Just google it and you'll see just how popular it is. I personally enjoy it quite a bit for the well done characters and writing. And each episode just gets better.
You can catch all of the aired episodes on youtube (I have links to every episode listed here), some on the HUBworld site, and pretty much everywhere.
So, who's your favorite pony? I like all the characters and it was hard to decide on one. Pinkie was close, but I went with Rainbow Dash. And for those who have watched a few episodes, what do you think of the series?
Season 2 TBA, it has been confirmed and from the looks of it, we'll probably see the first episode airing around October at the latest. Animation is supposed to be finished by December and there are 26 episodes planned for Season 2.

I watched part of an episode of this series. I'm surprised how something so girly as My Little Pony could be turned into a giant pile of awesome.

Bleh, those 90s series of My Little Pony were terrible by comparison. It's pretty awesome how something like this can turn out so good with bad ass writers behind it. Not to mention the animation is excellent as are the voice actors.

No you will all see the light soon enough, i was hesitant at first as well young ones but fear not, the ponies only whant friendship. Twilight Sparkle is my favorite, this show is great. Bronies, one for all and all for one! But on a serious note, the new series surprised even me. I'm actually enjoying it, its light, humors, and just plain entertaining. i would give it 4 stars. I will prolly buy the DVD box set when it comes out to be honest. It's that good. Also a huge bonus is the fact that the creators are cool with it just being on youtube and available for free like that. I mean that says a lot. Like yoshi said the animation and voice acting is great, and the writers are doing a fantastic job. I mean when you can have people saying My Little Pony is awesome, seriously, yer doing something right. Don't judge a book by its cover indeed!
Now we just need a Rarity, a Fluttershy, and a Pinkie Pie and with Me, Yosh, and Puck there we'll have the whole gang!
p.s. @ Puck and Yosh, i think our avys capture our ponies quite well don't you?

The only show ever broadcasted here was the first My Little Pony during the 80s. The boradcast was stopped around 1988 and I was 2 years old so I never watched it. There are still DVDs in sale, I think. On the other hand, I used to bug my mom for My Little Pony figurines. Call me gay if you want for what I care.
I'll take a look on the new series anyways, for the sake of DarkYoshi.

It actually wasn't that bad of a show. If you look carefully at 4:48 in the first episode, you can see Nightmare Moon in the hourglass. Also, anyone like my avatar picture of spike with a razor blade? ;P He's easily the coolest character, and if you get in his way, HE'LL CUT YOU! bahaha.
