Definitely like the color in the last one. Been trying to get to that kind of coloring style.

Its good, but I think the background kind of... makes it more modern art looking. I liked the previous ones, because it reminded me of something you'd see in a fairy tale book.
Its still well drawn, I like it, but not as much as the previous ones.

I think you are right- I feel she lost some of her quaintness in the process.
Or maybe I tried to achieve a modern style without really thinking?
I prefer using the tablet for line drawings like the original - maybe with a light colour wash for definition?

Very interesting! I like the blades of grass a lot. Can't comment on the mist though, Since we don't have any down in AZ, I have no idea how realistic it looks.

"When you first come, no one knows you. When help them out, they all know you. When you leave, they all love you. When you come back, they've already forgotten you." -- copy into your sig if you think this quote speaks true!
If you are one of the very few teenagers that know what real rap is and don't blindly listen to the hate statements (rap is crap), then put this in your sig. I say this in the name of Common, Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco, 2Pac, Nas, Talib Kweli, Eminem, and many others. -Exiled One

GET OUT!! WOW! Kaz! The detail in the blades of grass is simply amazing!! That is so realistic looking O___O Look at itttt! You have every blade shaded, it's so detailed!! How long did you spend on the grass? That would so test my patience LOL that is amazing!

I just put in a few pencil lines, go over with the airbrush- rinse and repeat.
Doesn't take long to build up the effect and it is very relaxing to do. Thanks for the feedback= glad you like
I really like the hair, I don't know why but having no colour to the body gives it a sort of eerie tone. The blurred surroundings and breeze coming in fits perfectly and makes it (in my personal view) quite a chilling picture.
Well done.

Very cool.
If you'd like a suggestion: I'm having trouble getting a sense of depth sometimes on these. I think it might be because the picture is focused on multiple areas. Both the grass near the camera and the mountains far away are very crisp looking. Maybe to get more of a sense of depth have a single plane in focus, and as things get further from or closer to the camera compared to that plane, make them fuzzier or something.

You know you are right yes, especially in the second one the mountains have too much definition.
The first one needs some kind of foreground rather than just the grass.
