Hello, I've been using RPG MAKER VX to make an RPG game. But the view of the map and the battle scene is in 2dimension confused.gif . I wonder, how to make it looks 2,5 dimension or at least make it in isometric view.
I often see some people can make it that way.
Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you

More than likely you're going to need scripts, skills for programming, and artwork to match. There are a few that have pulled this off, but the average user will not be able to or have an interest in doing so.

Another option would be to learn to parallax map by drawing your maps in a program like Photoshop. That way you can use whatever art you want without being confined to tile-based mapping; however, learning to parallax map is not an easy task and takes a lot of patience in doing so, and you will still need scripts for preventing the images from scrolling when you are walking on the maps.
