It's simply beautiful! The eyes, face, ears, and hair are simply brilliant!
One thing though... I think her visible thumb is a little large, and is comparable to the male's fingers in size. Just the thumb though - maybe it's just me, but it looks big by comparison to her small fingers.

Oh, that reminds me... Queue, have you ever designed character art for a character that has an invisible/ghost body? So the only thing that you would actually draw would be the ghostly eyes and the clothing/weapons/etc. (Just curious.)
