Bumping a topic is only permitted if you're posting a significant update.

Necroposting
Topics older than 4 months can only be revived if:

• You're adding something new & relevant and
• The reply is a detailed response to the original subject
• Alternatively, necroposting is permitted if you are the topic creator and are posting a significant update.

All other global rules apply.
