Minecart minigame Options

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to make a minecart always go Right, and when i "move" up / down, it switches the minecart tracks
if this sounds nooby, i know how to do it except i can't force the player to go up or right when it's being moved by the set move route
If you still don't understand, i want to do something like this
