Neo Gauge Ultimate Ace

Introduction
This script changes the way gauges are drawn. This script supports drawing gauges horizontally and vertically, uses a 3-colour gradient, has a very simple setup and two brilliant methods to change the bitmap.

Script

Customization
There are detailed instructions on configuration at line 17 to line 79.

Compatibility
I overwrote Window_Base#draw_actor_hp, draw_actor_mp, draw_actor_tp and draw_actor_param. This was unavoidable. As such, there are bound to be some incompatibility errors, but not too severe. Just let me know if you stumble across an error.

I absolutely love you for doing this. I waited for the longest for Neo Gauge to come to Ace. I hope there will compatibility with Yanfly Engine Ace's scripts. The enemy HP, and Victory Aftermath scripts could be put to use with this script. Overall, thank you for bringing this script back.

I think Victory Aftermath would be compatible, but I don't think Enemy HP will. If you want me to make them compatible, let me know and I'll give it a shot.

I think it would be very nice to have Victory Aftermath compatible, seeing as it has gauges itself. It would put things in continuity that way for people who are using both in my opinion. Me being one who plans to eventually. Plus, Yanfly did make a compatibility patch with his old Victory Aftermath script long ago. But its been lost with the times. And he's pretty much stated not supporting his old scripts anymore.
