Story (Brief Recap):

The Era Corruption was an unknown, second big bang in outer space, and there was no evidence on how it started. The era corruption was slowly colliding two very important eras; the medieval era (500-1500 CE) and the modern era (2020 CE…). That had started chaos, because those two eras had been "partially" restarted, and were both occurring at the same time. Wars restarted, but with people from both eras. Jason (the main character) got teleported from his modern era to the medieval era, and he had to find a way to fix the Era Corruption, to restore everything back to normal.

Story (Now):

The Era Corruption is now fixed, although Jason is still able to travel to both eras at anytime with his time machine. 3 months after Jason's last adventure (which was fixing the Era Corruption), Jason started feeling strange; he can't sleep properly and keeps having nightmares. Although his friends think its stress, Jason thinks it's much worse. It turns out there is an evil sorcerer (who is from the medieval era) in his mind, making him hallucinate like this. Jason must find out how he got in his head, why he is in his head, and how to get him out, before his condition gets worse.

Characters:

Jason
Age: 20 years old
Gender: Male
Info: Jason is the main character in the story. He was born in the medieval era, but grew up in the modern era due to the Era Corruption. He is a funny guy, but also takes his role as a hero seriously. Jason prefers adventuring by himself, leaving the others safe and him taking all the risks.

Mike
Age: 22 years old
Gender: Male
Info: Mike is Jason's best friend. Mike is a tough guy, and will support Jason whenever he requires advice.

Jenny
Age: 20 years old
Gender: Female
Info: Jenny and Jason are engaged. Jenny is a cute and polite girl, who is also anxious for their own wedding. Since Jason is going through his hallucination, she is depressed.

King Henry
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Info: He is Jason's real father, from the medieval era. Henry is a jolly old man, who is also wise. He is not strong due to his age, therefore cannot be much of help.

Kratopolis (Krat for short)
Age: 23 years old
Gender: Male
Info: He is Jason's brother, from the medieval era. Krat is like Mike; he will support Jason whenever he runs into trouble. Krat now lives in the modern era, since he finds it more civilized.

Marcus
Age: Unknown
Gender: Male
Info: He is the main villain of the story, and he has a sense of humor. He is an illusionist; he controls peoples' minds over a long period of time, making them hallucinate and see paranormal activity, and eventually gets complete control over them.

Features:

- Implemented XAS v3.91 script, along with some MOG menu scripts (which are credited in the game).

- Game runs at 50 FPS, for fast-paced gameplay.

- Funny dialogue.

- Free roam! You are able to travel to any visited level on the world map.

- 3 classes to choose from: Warrior, Assassin, and Mage. Each class has their own type of play style, along with different stats, weapon, armor, and skills/spells.

- Each level up grants you points, in which you can upgrade your stats with.

Known Issue:

When trying to use an item or skill when you have no item or skill selected, you will get an error message (the game won't crash though). Simply select a skill or item to fix this.

Extras:

- You do not require RTP.

- You can still understand the story even if you haven't played any previous Era Corruption games.

If your at the last boss, then check if you missed out a chest in all the previous levels. If your not at the last boss yet, then keep going and you will eventually find it.

There indeed is a chest I've missed: it's in the dungeon before the last boss, however, it's stuck inside the black tiles, where I haven't found any way to enter. I'm not sure if there's an invisible path, or the chest is bugged.
