Turn Vampyr SABS into a shoot em up sytyle game, make the spelles act like projectiles from a shump Options

hello all!
I could really use some help on this idea see Ive been maken this game for a while. ive finally reached the point to start ironing out the skills and i fill they lack luster. i would like it if some one out thier on the great wide web would be kind enough to help me out.
a script that would work with Vampyr SABS's skill system, but adds things like this.
burst shot: 3 of the projectile going at three different angels outwards
rapid fire: self explanatory
laser: a constant beam of that reaches to the specified range and constantly drains mana
and other types of projectiles seen in shoot'em up games particularly bullet hell shooters
