Ok, like I said before, I'm starting to do cell shading again. Because I'm so excited for this one (because I'm sure my skills have improved), I have to show my W.I.P in my up coming one. This is at the 2 hour mark.

I agree, the hair did turn out nice. This is going to have more shades then the previous cell shade image. Arg, I progressed on it more but I shouldn't post too many updates on this single image.

I think the arrowhead needs to be further forward than it is right now; it's not resting on anything and in reality you couldn't fire the arrow like that at all. =]

And done. I couldn't think of a background for this one (mainly because I put the light in the middle between the two) but I'm sure it's fine without. Also, I went with a high contrast look on the shadows. I think it looks pretty neat.
Ah it almost has that cell shaded look to it, I think thats just so weird, its like a love hate thing in video games nowdays, I dont really know either, but its good to see that kinda style
That has somehow captured the movements of runescape perfectly, especially swordmonk. Feels like there should be an arrowhead (just like a bit of the shaft peeping underneath the glove or something) but its no biggie really.

Welp, time to move on to more hands free art. What better way to start then to look at billions of tutorials and practice for millions of hours. Well, that hasn't happened yet. Instead, learning techniques to draw and what not seems to be the better approach.
Why not start with the first thing I'm staring at: my desk (minus keyboard, the desk, wires...). Shame there's not much dynamic lighting due to my well light room... And the screen itself. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers.
... .. Everytime i look at ur drawings, they seem so cute.. (^ ^)\ (> <)\ Sorry if that offends, Im not even sure why lol, but... something about them is very cute.
Anyway, i dont want to take up space, so i will say that it maybe.. might look more clean/ porportioned w/ a ruler. o/

When I look at the GIMP drawing of yours, the tip of it seems so sharp and thick. Unlike SAI, because the edge doesn't seem 'thick'..you know what I mean. The color grading feels so hard on the GIMP. I have the GIMP but since it takes 10 seconds to load in my laptop, I left it. xD The 3rd and 4th GIMP drawings are good, I get the feels of it ^^

yeah, totally agreed with Am.. You could make it smoother I guess, cause if you leave it that way, it'll looks more like a cell-shading pic 3D, which is still good in many ways ^^
It's just...it gets the feel, for the 3rd
