Whilst browsing around the forum you will come across many members of staff, and the different groups they belong to. In order to help you find the right person when you need to, here is a list (if you look under their avatar you will see which group they belong to).

DIRECTORS are responsible for the whole forum, they deal with the admin side as well as the hiring of staff. Should you ever have issues that cannot be dealt with by the moderators, or if you have a problem, send them a PM.

GLOBAL MODERATORS can moderate any area of the forum, and deal with issues that you cannot sort out with your local moderator.

LOCAL MODERATORS moderate their named forums only, and are totally responsible for them. Any problems? Just ask and they will help you.

STAFF contribute to the site and help staff specific areas.

GOLD MEMBERS are ex members of staff (usually moderators) who have retired. They cannot moderate forums or deal with warns.
